This website is operated by GJLTEC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies published on this website.

Products, pricing and orders

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. We may correct genuine errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. An order is not guaranteed until stock is confirmed, payment has cleared, fraud and security checks are completed, and the delivery address is eligible for our local-delivery service.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment and fraud prevention

Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout. We may request reasonable information needed to verify an order or prevent fraud. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, the order cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or fulfilment would be unlawful.

Cancellations

Paid orders are ordinarily final. A request to cancel may be refused once payment has been made or fulfilment arrangements have begun. GJLTEC may approve a cancellation before fulfilment at its discretion. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery

We provide local delivery only to eligible Sydney postcodes shown at checkout. Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and estimated timing are described in our Shipping Policy. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information and be available to coordinate delivery.

Returns and consumer rights

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to all return requests. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use its content unlawfully. Website content, branding, layout and original materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GJLTEC is not responsible for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information provided at checkout may be used to process payment, prevent fraud, communicate about the order and arrange delivery.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this website. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
