Shipping and Local Delivery Policy

Delivery area

GJLTEC provides local delivery only within eligible Sydney metropolitan postcodes in the configured Burwood 40 km delivery area. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. We do not currently offer standard carrier shipping or local pickup.

Delivery charges

Orders below AUD 2,000 are charged an AUD 30 local-delivery fee.

Orders of AUD 2,000 or more qualify for free local delivery.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is within 8 business days after payment and stock availability are confirmed. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment. GJLTEC will contact the customer before delivery to confirm timing and access arrangements.

Customer contact details

Customers must provide an accurate email address or phone number that GJLTEC can use to coordinate delivery. Incomplete or incorrect contact details may delay delivery.

Delivery requirements

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address and ensuring that an authorised person is available at the agreed time where required. Please notify GJLTEC promptly of access restrictions or other relevant delivery instructions.

Delays and unavailable delivery

We will contact the customer if stock availability, address verification, severe weather, safety issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control are expected to delay delivery. If the address is outside our eligible delivery area, checkout may not offer delivery and the order cannot be fulfilled through our current service.
